Native Graphix History
Since 2000, HOMEY has operated a full-service custom screen printing business called "Native Graphix." We called it Native Graphix so the indigenous and Native American community in the Bay Area became a recognized in the arts and graphics field since it has had such a large impact arts in the United States and internationally. Native Graphix also in part pays respect to the indigenous and Native American heritage of its founders which sacrificed time and resources to start-up this amazing place. Today, Native Graphix has over 300 customers annually from large schools like San Francisco State University and UC Berkeley to the smallest artist who just wants to print a couple dozen shirts. We are proud and thankful for the diversity of customers we've had over last two decades. We also have a our own T-Shirt line to raise awareness on issues that most affect communities of color in the San Francisco-Bay Area. |
Why Print with Native Graphix?
Native Graphix was developed as a way to raise money for HOMEY. Our business goal for the past decade has been to print as many T-shirts, sweaters, tote bags as we can to raise money for our non-profit organization. That's it! We take your order and and a small team of printers, graphic designers, and youth apprentices band together and print your tees, experience work culture, develop soft-skills for the working world, print up your order, and get a little cash. So, the more you print with Native Graphix the more you invest in our youth programs at HOMEY, support a minority owned business, help employ local and independent graphic designers, screen printers, and artists, put a few dollars in everybody's pocket, and you feel good doing it! So, you can go with another printer who will sell you a dirt cheap T-Shirt, exploit their employees, and make profits for a big corporation, or you can go with us and it will go directly to feeding youth on a Friday night as they get the skills they need to succeed. The best part is that our prices are great too. We think its an easy choice - we hope you do too! |
