On Time Guarantee HOMEY guarantees on time printing for all our customers if we are late in producing your order we will deduct 10% from our order total.
Artwork Requirements Thank you for choosing Native Graphix for your screen-printing needs, we appreciate your business. Sometimes our customers have questions about the type of artwork necessary for a printing. Please read this section so you know our printing requirements for a faster printing service from us.
Native Graphix considers Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator the best usable formats for screen-printing. JPEG files need to be the size of the actual print and must be at least 300 dpi to be usable. If you send us artwork in jpeg format you will be charged for separations. Please abide by these requirements to avoid any artwork charges on your screen-printing, screen burning, or film output order.
Art Charges Price Separations $25 per hour (First hour is Free) Custom Design Ask for quote. Artwork charges run $40.00 per hour, so we recommend that you follow these requirements closely to avoid any charges. Sending in artwork does not create an order. Please make sure to place an order prior to uploading artwork. You must approve your estimate and send in a 50% deposit for the order to commence.

Artwork Checklist
Verify your artwork is set at the actual size you want it printed.
Make sure your .psd, .pdf, or .pdf file has a resolution of at least 300dpi.
All text layers should be rasterized or converted to outlines.
Multi-color images should have each color on a separate layer.

Payment Native Graphix currently does accept payment online, cash or credit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, major credit cards) or you can make a check or money order out to Native Graphix. All payments must be received by order delivery, if payment is not received within 30 days of order completion, a 15% late fee will be applied to order total. For each subsequent day, there will be an additional 5% applied.
